TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly, to the Electors of the Springfield Metropolitan Recreation District:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held On the 3rd day of May, 2022, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The Board of Directors of the District have designated the following polling place:

The Baca County Conservation District election will be held on Tuesday May 3, 2022. The election will be conducted via polling place, Baca County Conservation District, 27200 US Hwy 287 Springfield CO. Polls will open at 7:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM. There are three (3) candidates running for the two (2) open positions. Voters must be at least eighteen (18) years of age on election day, must be a registered elector and must reside or have land within the Baca County Conservation District boundaries. Absentee ballots will be available upon request at the Baca County Conservation District office. The three (3) candidates are as listed below:

NOTICE OF PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF FINAL PERMIT

Take notice that pursuant to Sections 37-90-108 and 109, Colorado Revised Statutes, the Colorado Ground Water Commission is considering issuance of a Final Permit for Permit No. 80618-F, PH Farms LLC owner of record.

The well with permit no. 80618-F has a priority date of October 4, 2016, is permitted for a location in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 31 South, Range 42 West of the 6th P.M. The Final Permit is proposed to have a maximum appropriation of 840 acre-feet per year, to pump at a maximum rate of 1600 gallons per minute, and to irrigate 240 acres described as a 120-acre circle with a wetting radius of 1290 feet centered in the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 27, Township 31 South, Ranch 42 West, 6th P.M., approximately at UTM coordinates 753543 Easting and 4134362 Northing (meters, Zone 13, NAD-83) and a 120-acre circle with a wetting radius of 1290 feet centered in the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of  Section 27, Township 31 South, Ranch 42 West, 6th P.M., approximately at UTM coordinates 752752 Easting and 4134335 Northing (meters, Zone 13, NAD-83).

Any person wishing to object to the issuance of this Final Permit must do so in writing, briefly stating the nature of the objection and indicating the name of the owner of record and the well permit number that are the subject of the objection.  The objection, including a required $10 fee for each permit objected to, must be received by the Colorado Ground Water Commission by close of business on June 3, 2022.  Objections should be sent via email to DWRpermitsonline@state.co.us, upon which the objector will be emailed an invoice for paying the objection fee online.  If the objector is unable to provide the objection via email please call 303-866-3581.
