Resolution to Declare a Vacancy
Be it resolved that the Board of Education of Springfield School District accepts the resignation of Mr. Larry Duncan from the Board of Education effective February 4, 2022; and
Be it further resolved that, in accordance with state law, the Board declares a vacancy in this school director office that will be filled by appointment by the Board within 60 days in accordance with the following procedure:
2. The Board will interview prospective candidates on March 17, 2022, at a public meeting.
3. To be eligible for appointment, a candidate must be a registered elector of the school district.
4. The appointee will serve until the next regular school biennial election in November 2023 [at which time an election will be held for a successor to fill the remainder of the unexpired term.]
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Two Buttes Metropolitan Recreation District that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before election there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore the election to be held on May 3, 2022 is hereby cancelled pursuant to section 1-13-5-513(6) CRS.

said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to Sand Arroyo, Inc. whose address is 10600 S Rd V, Town of Manter, State of Kansas;
That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against Mineral Interest for the year 2017;
That said Mineral Interest was taxed or especially assessed in the name of Rosa Betz;
That said Sand Arroyo, Inc, on the 3rd day of August, 2021 made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed for said Mineral Interest;
That a Treasurer’s Deed will be issued for said Mineral Interest to the said Sand Arroyo, Inc at 9:00 o’clock A.M., on the 8th day of June, 2022, unless the same has been redeemed.
Said Mineral Interest may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer’s Deed.
